Generate and distribute the QR scan page access details to users of the workplace laptops. These sheets are personal and should not be interchanged.

Daily scanning

Users scan each activity they are going to do. If a user subsequently works on the next activity, they can scan the new activity without first stopping. If the user needs to stop on the line, they should use STOP ACTIVITY. If the user has a break, they should scan BREAK. Once the user returns from the break, they scan RESUME AFTER BREAK. Data that is not on the QR-code sheets is rejected by the page.
The status is based on scan entries for the selected company.

Result analysis

The resulting statistics are calculated at least once each day. Check the next day for statistical results. Have the results analysed by the Process Improvement department, or have NovaSets analyse them.
Results become useful after scans have been processed.
